Lenders have their own policies about how they use and whether they share your personal information. If you have questions or concerns about how a lender may use your personal information, please contact the lender directly.

The type of personal information we collect and share depends on your loan and product request. Personal information we collect may include but is not limited to:
- Name, address, telephone number, email address, driver's license number, social security number, military status;
- Information about your spouse or dependent(s);
- Income, income sources, bank account information, ABA/Routing numbers, how you get paid, how often you get paid, next two pay dates;
- Employment information, identification of individuals such as your job supervisor, length of time with employer;
- Credit history and assets including whether you own or rent or own;
- IP address, browsing data;
- Your desired loan amount;
- Any other information that may be required in a loan application.

We collect your personal information when you submit an application for a loan on our Site. We also collect your personal information from others, such as, but not limited to credit bureaus, affiliates, lenders and lead generators.
7. Sharing of Your Personal Information

9. Why You Cannot Limit All Sharing
Federal law gives you the right to limit only: (i) sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes, information about your creditworthiness, (ii) affiliates from using your information to market to you and (iii) sharing for nonaffiliates to market you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
10. How Does Fastcash Protect Your Personal Information
In order to protect your personal information from unauthorized use and access, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include but are not limited to, computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. Unless we specifically disclose it on our Site, we do not use encryption.

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. Affiliates can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. Nonaffiliates can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Joint Marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated companies to together market products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include lenders; banks; lender generators and affiliate networks.
13. Email Protection Service
When we submit your application to Lenders, we may provide the Lender with a substitute e-mail address for you to reduce the potential of unwanted e-mails and spam. We will provide you with the substitute e-mail address we create for you and forward any legitimate e-mails related to your application or loan for six months after the date of your application. You agree and acknowledge that through this substitute e-mail address, we may have access to information regarding any loan made to you by a Lender or other correspondence sent to you by a Lender. At our sole discretion, we may also provide Lenders with the e-mail address you provided on your Application.
14. Third Party Advertisers
In order to provide our Services free of charge, we may display advertisements by third parties. By accessing or using this Site, you consent to receiving these advertisements. Advertisers may use their own tracking technologies, including cookies, to collect information about users of this Site. However, we do not provide advertisers with the personal account information you submit in an application via our Site.
We may also share some or all of your personally identifiable information such as your name, email, telephone and address with third party marketers and list managers with whom we have a business relationship, and these third party marketers and list managers may use this information to contact you about their marketing or to provide you with business offers via email, telephone, mail, text message (text message rates may apply) or other means.
15. Rights Available to California Residents
California residents may request that their personally identifiable information not be shared with third parties. California residents may send such requests via the contact us form on our site.
